  • Discounts can be availed, not only in the restaurant and bar, but also in the banquet halls and rooms.
  • There is no limit on the billing, persons, bookings or visits on which the member can avail these discounts.

  • 15% discount on banquet hall bookings
  • 15% discount on restaurant (a-la-carte) and room transactions made through the membership account balance.

Detailed terms and conditions

  • Enrolment: In order to enrol for the membership program, the following conditions have to be met:
    • Applicant must be aged 18 years or above
    • Applicant must pay Rs.10,000 by cheque/card/netbanking/online payment.
    • A valid ID proof must be presented and will be scanned for company records.
    • Details as required by the registration application must be filled.
  • Multiple accounts: Only one membership will be granted per individual.
  • Buffet discount eligibility: Discounts and offers will not be eligible for buffets.
  • Registration information: The information provided during registration will be fed into our company’s computers and cannot be changed from time to time. In case of any changes, kindly inform us in advance and we will try our best to help.
  • Communication: All communication to members will be done via the e-mail address and/or registered mobile number provided by the member. If any changes are to be made regarding the same, the member has to notify the management. All communication will be deemed as received by the member and management will not be responsible for any missing or lost communications.
  • General promotions and offers: Membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and offers.
  • Transferability: Membership is non-transferable.
  • Monetary value: Amounts in the membership account do not hold any cash value except during redemption at our points of sale. They cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
  • Multiple cards: Only one card can be used per billing.
  • Participating hotels: The benefits available as a part of this membership program will only apply to select hotels that are participating in the program, as declared by the management. We are always trying to include as many of our hotels as possible and will do our best to keep members informed on all developments.
  • Eligible outlets: Certain outlets might not be eligible for the benefits of the membership.
  • Earning of points: Earning of points through the membership program will only be possible on purchases made in outlets approved by the management.
  • Lost/stolen card: Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to the management.  A processing fee of Rs.2000 will be charged for each replacement of a membership card.
  • Rights of alteration: Management reserves the right to modify, change, alter or cancel the terms and/or applicability of this membership in any of the participating hotels at any time. We will do our best to inform members regarding such changes.
  • Agreement of T&C: Registration and/or use of the membership constitutes that the registrant has read and agreed to all the terms and conditions relating to the same.
  • Taxation: Taxes as per GST will be applicable on membership fee and on all transactions made through the card.
  • Right to revocation: management reserves the right to cancel any membership and revoke any and all unredeemed value of any member for reasons that include, but are not limited to:
    • violation of these Terms and Conditions
    • misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of this program
    • violation of any national, regional or local law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges
    • failure to pay for hotel charges
    • a cheque to a participating hotel brand that is returned for insufficient funds or is invalid for any reason
    • commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of this Programme
    • physical, verbal, or written abuse of hotel or personnel
    • action, in any other way, to the detriment of the Programme or any of its alliances.
  • Termination: The management has no intention or plan to terminate this program at any point. However, In the unlikely event of termination of the program, members will be given 6 months of time to redeem the amounts remaining in their membership accounts at permitted outlets and hotels.
  • Erroneous additions: In the unlikely event of erroneous addition of a particular amount into an account, Management reserves the right to remove the amount from the account of a member.
  • Interpretation: All interpretation of the terms and conditions of this program lie in the discretion of management.
